Board Meeting |

The board has team meetings every month. All team members are invited and encourage to go and actively participate.
Dates and locations are announced in advance at practices but the board meetings are usually on Tuesday nights after practice.

- Welcome new members: Luis, Alejandra, Miriam, Michael and Shane.
- It was agreed to host board meetings the first Tuesday of every month after swim practice.
- Application for the Mast Academy still in progress as an alternative for Saturday practice.
- Scott Rackow closes after November 1st, 2007 for repairs on their pool equipment.
- Drew will email MARJCC to try to get another day for practice.
- Luis will call Jose Marti to try to get Tuesday nights for our practice.
- Miriam and Alejandra are in charge of John O’Keefe Spring splash. The swim meet will be part of Winter Party on March 1st (Proposal).
- Michael proposed the creation of a T-shirt as a way to promote the swim meet.
- Shane requested the team’s financial report from Steve for next meeting.
- Steve motioned to reimbursed Drew for gifts to Chris (coach) and Robert (Icebox). Board Agreed.
- Drew motioned to pay Daniel for his web hosting. Board Agreed.
- Drew wants to have a large group of swimmers to compete on the coral spring meet (Dec 1-2). At least 15.
- Miriam will be Nad of the month.
- Next Board meeting on November 6th, 2007.
- Meeting adjourned 6:30 pm.
